we are a small brick and mortar shop, therefore our return policy cannot be as flexible as larger retailers - so please make your choices carefully!
items may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of purchase provided they are in their original condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by the receipt. original and return shipping charges are non-refundable. if your order arrives damaged, please advise us within 48 hours and be sure and keep all original packaging as we will need a photo or two to make a freight claim.
please note that apothecary and sale items are not eligible for return - they are always final sale.
please give us a call at 503.460.3447 or email us at email@example.com if there is a problem with your order/shipment. once your return is received and inspected, we will email you when we have received your returned item and advise of your return status.
when returning your item, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

- your order will be shipped within 4 days of the original order date, unless item is back-ordered.
- we try our very best to be sure everything we offer is in stock. in the even that what you have ordered is not in
stock, you will be notified within 2 days of the original order date.
- digs would never share your information - we believe in privacy. period.
- sorry, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
